~PICTURE GALLERY~
There are many touristy type things to do in Niagara Falls. The town has restaurants and games and hotels, you know the normal stuff. Of course, for those of you with limited funds, like myself, all of that is off limits. I stuck to the rides. The rides allow you to see the falls from different vantage points. Journey Behind the Falls lets you go, well, behind the falls. The Great Gorge Adventure allows you to walk alongside the Niagara River as it becomes rapids on its was down to the end of the river bed. The Spanish Aero Car takes you across the pool at the end. It suspends you over $1,000 feet in the air and you can see all the way back up to the falls. Of course, I wanted to get on it, but I chickened out at the last minute. I somewhat afraid of heights, you see. It would have been a spectacular view, I'm sure.
A VIEW FROM THE "MIST"
These pictures of the Falls were taken up close and personal. Right from the deck of the "Lady in the Mist." So, if you ever have the privilege of visiting the seventh natural wonder of the world, hop aboard the "Mist." It's a wet ride, but well worth it.
